People entertain their selves in multiple things, they make sketches of random things and they do everything that can consider fun, like being outside and doing outdoor activities. The secret is simple.  You need to start digging the best podcasts that tackle and touches the topics that you like or topics that you find intriguing and mind-blowing. In the Podcasts world, sky is basically the limit.  You will need to therefore venture in the podcasts content that is beneficial for your needs and things. You can ask your friends about the top podcasts and start making engagements, while you are at it you can also reach towards the different listeners of podcasts and ask for their tips and recommendations.  This is therapeutic because you are being diverted from your thoughts and into the best possible worlds.
